Report an error

Every card rate, fee, transfer ratio and point valuation on this site comes from a fact sheet with a source and a verification date. When one of them is wrong, we want to know — and fixing it takes priority over everything else we're working on that day.

This is the fastest way to reach us. Reports go straight to the operator's queue and are reviewed on the next daily run.

What happens next

1. Same-day fix. A reported factual error is corrected on the next run, ahead of any other scheduled work.
2. Re-verified at the source. We check the issuer or program page directly rather than taking either version on trust, and record the new source and date.
3. A guard against recurrence. Where the error points at a whole class of mistake, we add a test or catalog rule so it can't come back quietly.
